Came across Devin purely by chance on our quest to move from the UK to the USA.
We had no US credit rating and three golden retrievers and literally nobody wanted to rent a property to us.
Devin was the letting agent for a potential rental we came across that met our needs. Devin listened to our quest and helped build the trust between us and his client the property owner.
We flew to the the US and moved into the rental property February 2021 but our ultimate goal was to buy our own home in the USA as soon as possible.
During the rental phase Devin was awesome and simply always there to help and advise us. We knew nothing about life and living in the USA and Devin helped us so much.
Six months later we finally had a US credit score. It was time to find a home and arrange financing. Again Devin stepped up as we drove him all over Ventura County searching for that perfect home.
A few weeks later we found our dream house Devin helped with the negotiation and all the searches and surveys and even managed to find a replacement tenant for the rental house (we’d signed a 12 month lease) which saved us a fortune.
We moved in our new house on the 11th October less than eight months after entry into the USA.
We simply couldn’t have done it without Devin’s help. We honestly couldn’t recommend Devin enough he’s professional, honest and extremely reliable.
In the UK realtor’s are called estate agents and quite frankly they generally don’t get a great reputation especially when it comes to trust and integrity. In the case of Devin this is the complete opposite we trusted him with our plans and future here in the US and he delivered, period.
