Devin has been a resident of the Conejo Valley and a licensed Realtor since 2013. Prior to moving to this area from Temecula, CA, he attended The Master’s University, graduating with a degree in Business Management & Administration. Devin was a college athlete and developed leadership skills while serving as captain of The Master’s University basketball team and encouraging his teammates to reach their full potential through a personal example of dedication and hard work both on and off the court.
Upon graduation, Devin moved to Thousand Oaks and was quickly hired by Thomas Sosa, the founder of Cornerstone Properties, a Thousand Oaks based real estate company with an impeccable reputation for providing high-level services to its clients. Inspired and trained by Mr. Sosa (himself one of the Conejo Valley’s most highly acclaimed Brokers), Devin has become well connected in the area, developing strong relationships with banks and lending institutions which only enhance the level of expertise he offers to each of his clients. Since his time with Cornerstone Properties, Devin has worked in various aspects of the industry, representing sellers, buyers, and investors both in the residential and commercial market.
